All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase, no codes needed — shipping is included in every price.
How It Works
Every TwinkleGear item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. When you place an order, your custom item is printed, quality-checked, and shipped directly to you.
Production Time
Most items are printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
During high-demand drops, production may take an extra 1-2 days.
Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Times are estimates after production is complete. Actual delivery may vary.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. You can also check your order status at /orders.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If tracking stalls or your parcel never arrives, email support@twinklegear.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll replace or refund the order. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted is replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery with photos — you never need to ship anything back. Because every item is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
