Shipping is free on all US orders. Each item is made to order, so there's a 2–5 business day production window. After that, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. During high-demand drops, production may take an extra day or two.

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We'd love to go international once we can do it properly, so join the TwinkleTribune and you'll hear when we do.

Head to /orders and enter your order ID, or check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order shipped. You'll find a tracking number and carrier link there.

Items go into production almost immediately after payment, so cancellation isn't guaranteed. Email us at support@twinklegear.com right away and we'll try to catch it — but once production starts, your order can't be changed or cancelled.

Nope! We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on Kornit machines. The prints are fade-resistant and wash-safe. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low for the longest-lasting results.

Each product page includes a sizing chart. A quick tip: Bella+Canvas runs slim, so if you're between sizes, we recommend ordering up for a more relaxed fit.

On the 1st of every month we release a new limited-edition character variant at a special sale price that runs to the end of that month. It's the best time to grab new Twinkle gear at a discount.

The design stays available forever at its regular price. You'll never miss a design entirely — you'll just miss that month's discount.

Twinkles are our original 8-bit pixel art characters, each with a unique personality, rarity tier, and color palette. They're the heart of TwinkleGear — collectible characters you can wear, stick, and sip from. Meet them all.

There are currently 13 named Twinkles — 12 you can meet on the characters page, plus a secret one we haven't revealed yet. Mystery Boxes don't contain the named characters: every box generates a brand-new one-of-a-kind Twinkle with its own traits, colors, and rarity tier (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, or Secret).

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your card number — it goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.

Because every item is custom printed, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. See our full returns policy for details.
